| "Rick Collins was quick, efficient and a pleasure to work with when fixing some major issues with my Jeep Wrangler TJ. He managed to come to me to diagnose the issues with my gears and axels, and had a quote prepared for me the same day. He began work immediately upon the parts arriving and finished a major project in a short time frame with expert quality. Not only did he fix my Jeep, but he took the time to explain the work he did so I had a better understanding of how the gears worked and he made sure to explain the maintenance period so I can break the gears in properly and ensure they last. He also gave me tips on other aspects of my Jeep such as the changing the tire pressure which he noticed was off. I can’t profess enough how relieved I am to have a “go to” guy for my Jeep again, and will be sticking with RNR for all future work and repair." |

Rick came out and diagnosed the issue while making honest and great suggestions about which parts I needed to put on the jeep. After Rick was done with my jeep, it doesn't wobble at all. | "Had several problems with my jeep from the engine cutting off, no crank and odd codes popping up. When asking for recommendations RnR came highly recommended. I spoke to Rick over the phone and scheduled a time to stop by. He was on time and thorough. Within a short time he had diagnosed the problem and put a game plan together. Toyota 4-Runner lift, basic maintenance like brakes and whatnot on two 80 series Land Cruisers, and a full-on custom suspension build and factory OEM refresh of my latest Land Cruiser. | "Great guy to work with and honest to a fault. I brought him a 1985 Mercedes 300SD in need of valve timing and glow plugs. Work I could do myself, but for his price I just couldn't argue myself into doing it. 340k miles is a long time to build up gunk and goo and when my bill came it had 4 cans of de-greaser on it. Four cans he apologized profusely for charging me for but didn't tack on 200% mark-up.
My motor was disgusting, how in the world could anyone fault him for cleaning it? Let alone expect him to eat the cost of it as a small business owner? I was happy to pay for it.
Oh and that honesty thing? I brought him flex discs for the same reason...An hour after I dropped it off he called to say he didn't think my old ones really needed replaced and I should save my money. I had him do it anyway because the car was already there and the price was right.

| "Just wanted to give a quick review! Rick just came out to Baltimore to work on my 04 jeep wrangler. He replaced the shocks, sway bars, power steering line and tie rod sleeve. Quick, professional, and had a great amount of knowledge about my vehicle overall. 5 star experience and I have no need to look anywhere else when It comes to someone working on my vehicle.
